The Texas location involved converting a 2,000-square-foot former restaurant into a flagship ice creamery, requiring a complete interior redesign to accommodate production, display, and customer areas. Serving as the General Contractor, we managed all construction phases to deliver a cohesive, brand-aligned environment within an active commercial corridor.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

Our team self-performed framing, drywall, painting, and specialty installations to transform the space into a fully functional and visually engaging ice cream shop. Attention to detail and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades ensured the space met operational needs and aesthetic goals.

The Texas ice creamery now operates as a bright, inviting retail location that reflects the High Voltage brand while supporting efficient workflow, demonstrating our ability to lead full-scale tenant improvements and buildouts across multiple locations.
