The Washington location involved converting a 1,300-square-foot former pizza shop into a vibrant, modern ice creamery. Acting as General Contractor, we led a full interior transformation, reconfiguring the space to optimize flow, display areas, and customer seating while working within the constraints of the existing structure.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

We self-performed framing, drywall installation and finishing, interior painting, and specialty installations throughout the space. Every element was executed with precision to maintain a polished, inviting environment that aligns with the brand’s high-energy, modern aesthetic.

The completed ice creamery delivers a functional, visually striking space that supports both efficient operations and an elevated customer experience, showcasing our ability to execute retail transformations in existing buildings.
