The Downtown Spa project involved the full transformation of a 2,800-square-foot former corner grocery store into a high-end wellness space. Acting as the General Contractor, our team led a complete interior gut and rebuild, converting an outdated retail space into a refined, functional environment designed for comfort, flow, and customer experience.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

As the General Contractor, we managed all phases of construction while self-performing key scopes including framing, doors, frames and hardware installation, interior painting, tile, and specialty finishes throughout the space. From initial layout to final detailing, our team focused on precision, coordination, and craftsmanship to ensure every element aligned with the vision of a high-quality spa environment.
