The James Apartments project involved the full conversion of an existing hotel into a 140-unit multifamily residential community. This large-scale renovation required a complete interior demolition and rebuild to transform outdated hospitality spaces into modern, functional apartment units. The project demanded careful coordination, efficient sequencing, and consistent quality control to deliver a product that meets today’s residential standards.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

Our team performed a full scope of interior construction including framing, drywall installation and finishing, interior painting, hollow metal door, frame, and hardware installation, as well as various specialty installations throughout the building. From initial layout through final finishes, we executed each phase with a focus on production efficiency, clean workmanship, and alignment with project schedules.

The James Apartments now serve as a modern, high-quality residential community, successfully repurposing an existing structure into functional housing. This transformation not only extended the life of the building but also provided valuable housing inventory while maintaining a strong standard of construction quality throughout.
