PROJECT DETAILS

The Imperial Apartments project consisted of a full-scale conversion of an existing hotel into a 92-unit multifamily residential community, along with the ground-up construction of a new leasing office, parking lot, and pool area. Acting as the General Contractor, our team led the project from initial demolition through final completion, coordinating all trades and phases to deliver a cohesive, modern residential development. The project required strong leadership, disciplined scheduling, and detailed execution to transform the property within an accelerated 13-month timeline.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

As the General Contractor, we managed all aspects of construction while also self-performing key scopes including framing, drywall installation and finishing, interior painting, hollow metal door, frame, and hardware installation, and specialty systems throughout the project. From structural layout to final finishes, our team maintained control over quality, production, and coordination across both the interior renovations and new site construction, ensuring seamless integration of all project components.

 

RESULT

The Imperial Apartments were successfully delivered as a fully transformed residential community, complete with modern living spaces and newly constructed amenities that enhance tenant experience. Completed in just 13 months, this project demonstrates our ability to lead complex developments, maintain schedule discipline, and deliver high-quality results as both a builder and General Contractor.
