The South Hill Spa project involved the transformation of a historic fire station into a modern wellness facility, requiring a careful balance between new construction and preservation of the building’s original character. Acting as the General Contractor, our team led a full interior renovation while adhering to local requirements for maintaining the historical integrity of the structure.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

As the General Contractor, we managed all phases of construction and self-performed key scopes including framing, doors, frames and hardware installation, interior painting, tile, and specialty finishes. Throughout the project, we worked with precision and attention to detail to integrate new systems and finishes while preserving key architectural elements in accordance with local codes and historical guidelines.
